What are credits?
Remember topping up your Pay As You Go mobile phone? This is the same concept. Top up credits as and when you require.
What happens if I exceed my credit capacity?
Once your initial included credit capacity is depleted, you can purchase additional capacity in blocks to suit your needs. Pricing for additional blocks: $20, $50, $100.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, (excluding AMEX American Express) through our secure payment processor, City Pay. Enterprise plans may support invoicing.
How do I get started with Kolega AI?
Simply sign up for a free account at studio.kolega.ai and you can start building immediately. Our Creator plan includes 2000 monthly credits to get you started.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new user gets access to our Creator plan with 2000 credits included. You can start building right away without any upfront payment.
