Copyright Notice & Take Down Procedure

Our Commitment

KLG Tech Innovations Limited ("Kolega Studio") respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This procedure applies to content deployed through our services and complies with EU E-Commerce Directive requirements.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization through our deployment services, please provide written notice containing:

1. Your Identity: Full name and contact information of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Copyrighted Work: Clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Infringing Material: Specific location (URL or description) of the allegedly infringing content
4. Contact Details: Your address, telephone number, and email address for correspondence
5. Good Faith Statement: Declaration that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. Accuracy Declaration: Statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
7. Signature: Physical or electronic signature

Submit Notices To

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
2. Evaluate the claim for completeness and validity
3. Take Action which may include:
   • Removing or disabling access to the content
   • Notifying the user who posted the content
   • Documenting the action taken

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Your Identity: Full name and contact information
2. Content Description: Identification of the removed content and its previous location
3. Good Faith Statement: Declaration under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Consent to Jurisdiction: Agreement to the jurisdiction of Jersey courts
5. Signature: Physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. The threshold for "repeat infringement" is determined on a case-by-case basis.

False Claims

Submitting false claims of infringement may result in liability for damages. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits intentionally false notifications.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We encourage parties to resolve copyright disputes directly before initiating formal procedures. We're available to facilitate communication between parties when appropriate.
